New Neighbors

Let me be one of the first to welcome you to the Carriage Hill Community. We have put together this web page to assist in your introduction to our community. The selections in the left column should aid in familiarizing yourself with Carriage Hill Lakes and the Greater Lexington community.

The Carriage Hill Lakes Homeowners Association was incorporated in 1988 with the intent to foster not only a sense of community among members of our neighborhood, but also to maintain and enhance the property values of the neighborhood. Once you move in, you will meet one of your neighbors to greet you, answer any questions you may have and leave a Welcome Packet. In this packet you will find a number of resources to introduce you to not only your neighbors, but also the Board members that provide continuing oversight of activities and issues facing the neighborhood. This website should supplement that information.

We are proud to have homeowners in the neighborhood who actively participate in ongoing association activities that may vary from coordination of social activities to deed restriction enforcement. You are invited to participate on a committee, participate in our periodic meetings of the membership or the various social events, which occur throughout the year for the members.

Be sure to share basic contact information (Email, Phone Number) with the Welcoming Committee member, and create an account at CHLHA.com to support opening access to other areas of this HOA website to you as a new homeowner. We have posted a lot of information to support transparency regarding neighborhood activities, HOA responsibilities and operations.
