HOA Information

Carriage Hill Lakes community is a South Carolina State recognized Homeowners Association, whose operations are governed by the Laws of the State of South Carolina. Accordingly the seller (Grantor) of property in our community must disclose this information to the Buyer (Grantee).
SC Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation:  LLR creates the form known as the South Carolina Residential Property Disclosure Statement, and Addendum for the seller (Grantor) of real estate must use to disclose if a home is covered by a HOA. 
Accordingly, with the purchase of property in the Carriage Hill Lakes community, the buyer should understand that
  • a Homeowners Association manages the affairs of this community, and 
  • an LLR required SC Residential Property Disclosure Statement and Amendment must be completed at closing, and
  • the chain of title for the purchased property contains Deed Restrictions which are imposed on the property owner (Grantee) with the purchase of the CHLHA property.
