Neighborhood Utilities 

It's always a challenge to identify the various utility organizations servicing the neighborhood, when you might be new to the area. Hopefully the following listings will aid in your efforts in setting up accounts. Also there are a number of homes near the CHLHA Cumberland Drive Entrance to the neighborhood, which are CHLHA homes defined to be within the Town of Lexington. So the services for these homes are provided by the Town of Lexington Police Department, and utilities. 

These particular homes also pay an additional Town of Lexington Tax, in addition to their Lexington County Taxes on a periodic basis. The remaining homes in the neighborhood are in Lexington County, and outside the Town of Lexington
